Vixn comes with a reference manual, which you can build with the makedocs.py script and then read by pointing a web browser at docs/html/index.html. The installer script (install.sh) automatically runs makedocs.py and installs the documentation in /usr/local/share/docs/vixn by default.
The users mailing list is the best resource for help with using vixn. If you think you've found a bug, the bug tracker is more appropriate. You can also email me personally and I won't bite your head off, but you'll have to go offsite to find my email address.
